Need someone to create a very basic app on Android, IOS, Windows Mobile and Blackberry for an existing website.

The app can basically just be a frame for the existing Joomla based website.

The only function the app must have is to send push notifications to users based on 3 different mysql tables from the existing website.

The project will be considered complete when the app has been accepted by all app stores.
