Hi, Excel sheet and search function along with making changes by you every month is understood and doable as follows, 1) User will access the app and search excel sheet data with search filter. So this should be a 2/3 page application for user side. 2) Database will be an excel sheet which will be updated by you manually on monthly basis. And from here data will reflect to the application. Completely understood and doable. 3) Monthly and Yearly payment. (I have experience in payment integration with monthly/weekly/yearly plan and recurrent payment as well). - But please how the flow would work with this for user. Will they able to access the dictionary only until their plan is active? This job is having quite straight scope and I can alone deliver it in a week or less depending on what dynamics coming during development for example, design finalization and any change you realized.
