Android application that enble select a picture from gallery, publish a post to facebook and twitter, upload the picture to a server, and pay money to another user using GooglePay

NetBeans web project Since this job should be integrate into an existing project, the server should be develop in NetBeans I.D.E. The project should include a web service with POST method that will receive an Image sent from android device, and save it to disk.
