Install wildcard SSL certificate on AWS ec2 window server IIS 7

We have our site (webapp - ecommerce) at [login to view URL] which is on amazon ec2 instance. We issued the CSR (certificate Signing request) on this ec2 windows IIS (7+) server at amazon and then sent it to Hostgator who we purchased the wildcard ssl certificate from and they sent us the certificate body/signature etc. We then on AWS imported into the Certificate manager the wildcard ssl certificates for [login to view URL] and also lojahomol.foneclube.com.br. AWS Certificate manager shows that the two certificates were properly imported and are correctly installed but I do not get the ssl "padlock" showing that the site is safe. the site [login to view URL] and subdomains mentioned are at hostgator and the ssl works and shows the padlock for [login to view URL], however the two subdmains are at amazon and we have a cName pointing to the EC2 instance on amazon.
