AWS expert: video project.

Please provide high level plan in your bid:

If you're aware of snapchat/facebook story concept, we want to connect a mobile app with AWS services, where it does these two features:

1) Mobile upload snaps on AWS, and snap is 10 sec video

2) mobile stream these snaps in form of stories on the mobile, like if we have story A, that got 20 snaps uploaded, then when we click on story A on the mobile it shows all snaps in queue.
