OCR on mathematics hand writing using MATLAB

I am looking for someone to do this in MATLAB, and MATLAB only. This is a strict requirement. I have images of school students math work. The students have specific rules on where they can and can't write on the page. The bounding box of their work is clearly defined. I want someone I can have a long-term relationship with. At present, I only have a small number of images, but in the near future I expect to have many. How I see this working: 1. We discuss the work 2. I provide you with images 3. You provide me with an update when you have made some progress. 4. I provide you more and more images over the long-term. I have access to a Freelancer team which can crop samples out of bigger images to make folders of individual characters (if needed). In your proposal, please tell me what the capital of Australia is. I am happy to share images with Freelancers who request it. Note: This is a very long term contract (potentially many months or years), and as such, I will be favoring Freelancers with competitive rates.
