We are looking for a junior part-timer who can do the administrative and bookkeeping work for our European office. An estimated time is 2-4 hours per month at the beginning which might grow into more hours in the future. Check [login to view URL] about our company. Responsibility - Work with bookkeeping software (Liaspan) to import the monthly data accurately and timely. - Communicate and report to CFO, as well as the accountant/senior bookkeeper of the company. - You can work online by distance in other countries Requirements - Fluent in English and Dutch, basic knowledge of Chinese is a plus though not required. - Reasonably good level of bookkeeping knowledge and skill (Dutch Boekhoud diploma, with 2-3 years’ experience), as well as MS Word and Excel. - High sense of responsibility and good level of communication, attentive to details. - Able to deliver the work with quality and within deadline.
