Need Accountant for BIR needs as a self-employed professional

Hi there! My name is Bea and I work with environmental and research organizations as a freelance climate change researcher and campaigner on a consultant basis in Manila, Philippines. I've also been working freelance writing gigs since I was 17. I'm 23 now. I took gap years from college to work and found myself dabbling in climate and energy campaigns. I'm not employed full-time -- I have a contract starting this month and I need help with BIR registration as a self-employed professional. I just need a certified public accountant to orient me on all of this + handle the paperwork ASAP as I'm using the documents for a scholarship application on top of being a good citizen. Hehe. I'm leaning towards hiring a Filipino millennial CPA who has experience dealing with freelance consultants and with a heart for environmental/development issues. I need someone willing to meet me in Quezon City, someone who is engaging and fun to work with as I think this arrangement will last for the next two years or so yet someone meticulous and take-charge. Raket experience on top of your fancy accounting degree will really help, I need someone who has the cliched life experience. In short, I need a long-term partner because I'm not planning on going corporate with the convenience of an HR dept who handles all of this at all!
