We are looking for experienced accounting firm who can take care about our all the compliance at IT department and MCA. We are a Pvt Ltd Company based in West Bengal. Accounting firm should be registered in India. Selected firm will have to take care of filing ITR at IT portal and filing all required annual return and other e-forms on MCA portal. We will be paying based on our turnover in each year. This contract will be a Long Term Agreement minimum for Five Years but can be cancelled anytime due to bad performance. Tax savings and intelligent advise should be your motto while working with us. 90% of our turnover is from outside of India through export of technical consultancy services. Below is the tentative range of professional fees we would like to pay under this Long Term Agreement. Turnover Consultancy Fees <= INR 2.5 lacs INR 6000 (incl. GST)+all Government Fees > INR 2.5 lacs <= INR 5 lacs INR 8000 (incl. GST)+all Government Fees > INR 5 lacs <= INR 10 lacs INR 11000 (incl. GST)+all Government Fees > INR 10 lacs <= INR 25 lacs INR 15000 (incl. GST)+all Government Fees > INR 25 lacs <= INR 50 lacs INR 20000 (incl. GST)+all Government Fees > INR 50 lacs <= INR 1 crore INR 30000 (incl. GST)+all Government Fees > INR 1 crore <= INR 2 crore INR 45000 (incl. GST)+all Government Fees > INR 2 crore 0.5% of total turnover amount Interested accounting firm should apply with their company profile and their quotation in above format.
