I am looking for someone to help with the following:
- Payables: Enter invoices, match them to PO's / reconcile and assign costs to categories / jobs in our system.
- Receivables: Enter checks for deposit as they come in.
- Credit Cards: Enter CC charges and reconcile the charges / balance monthly.
- Payroll - Manage and collect data to prepare payroll using various time collection methods.
- Assist in various data entry functions as needed.
- Assist in making QB entries and balancing books.
- Research efficiencies in third party programs to streamline payroll and payables.
Quickbooks Expert a HUGE plus. This would be an ongoing project and hoping that it will not take more than 10-12 hours / week.
