I need a part-time engagement for managing the business administration of our Indonesia office. The role and activity required
- Creating invoice on periodic basis
- Tracking of account statement
- Follow-up on Account Receivable (by email to customer and also via our sales team)
- Preparing claims file for approval
- Preparing payment file for approval
- Preparing finance tracking files - invoice tracking, account receivable tracking, account payable
- Liaise with accountant and Indonesia admin team for preparation of monthly financial report to Head Office (in Kuala Lumpur)
- Preparing monthly report
Candidate should have experience in Finance Admin work. Those with experience dealing with Indonesia branch offices would be added advantage
