January 07, 2017 Dear Hiring Manager I am 20 years old guy and live in Brazil. I worked as administrative assistant in a private university for almost 5 years, providing assistance for a team of 22 courses coordinators and 336 teachers and taking care about the projectors booking. I started in a BPO industry as Lead Generation so data gathering is common to me. I have been in this industry for almost a decade now and handled several voice and non-voice account such as but not limited to Lead Generation, Sales, Mobile Customer Care, Customer Service, Billing Postpaid, Order Taking, Data Entry and Research.
