I need a program that can test proxies speeds and their accessibility to certain websites

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like to be able to enter a list of proxies into the software and the software would test ping, upload and download speeds, and test to make sure each individual proxy works on [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and adidas.com. Please be aware that sometimes the site will let proxies in but not allow them to access the product pages and I need to be able to access the product page
