We have two businesses that are in need of an excellent part-time personal assistant to organize and help us with business-related tasks. We are looking to hire someone reliable who is interested in helping us on a long-term PA position in the company. Applicant must have the following skills / qualities: - Great English language skills, both written and spoken (TOEFL scores preferred, but even better a short video telling us about yourself would work best) - GREAT SKILLS using word, excel, powerpoint, and GOOGLE TOOLS (gmail, calendaring, google sheets, google doc) - Great research abilities: ability to quickly gather and summarize information from multiple sources - Great problem solving skills and ability to think independently - Well organized and structured - can work with minimal supervision and does not let things fall through the "cracks" - Available on Skype Tasks will include things like: - Doing online research (e.g., "find competitor websites that do XYZ things and classify them into groups") - Research candidate profiles to support recruiting efforts and conduct quick phone screenings with candidates - Various document creation tasks, letters to customers - Email writing - Relationship management *To Apply* Please just send a quick note introducing yourself and your experience, together with a 30-60 second video (a smart-phone video is fine) introducing yourself and the times during which you will be available to take a test to see if you qualify If you are the right candidate, please respond back with the response code "Go Pro VA Candidate" in your email just so I know you read this job description and you pay attention to details and provide your Skype ID so we can set up an interview. Go Pro VA Candidate Hi! I have read your description and prepared video introduction for myself. But I would need you to message me so that I can provide you the link for the video. :) Also, Freelancer also has a feature of video chat and audio call, thus I would prefer to be interviewed that way but if you find it "buggy" and you can guarantee that the project will be handled via freelancer, I can opt to skype as well. I am a Canadian student/professional who currently is a Marketing & PR Coordinator part-time for a small tech real estate company. I have vast experience with the Office suite as well as all of the Google tools as I use them daily for school and work purposes. I utilize Skype for communication with my company as I work form home and would be easily accessible to you as well. I currently am responsible for the creation and execution of a weekly newsletter to approximately 4500 users, so email writing is not an issue.
