Insane project for high end developer only!

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: I wish to create bridge between forums, Gateway i call them. HOW IT'S WORKS 1. Forum A under PhpBB create a sub-Forum call "Meta-Forum" 2. Forum B under XenForo create a sub-Forum called "Meta-Forum" 3. As soon as someone post in either forum, the post get replicated to the other forum. 4. It must replicated: Thread, post, reply and all moderation actions: delete, edit, sticky, etc... THE SERVICE: - This should be built as a third party service that can provide the features for forum admins. - Client should be able to create Account and then create our gateway. - When we create a gateway, it start monitoring forums activity every minute. - We configure the gateway by giving him the path to replicate. - Replication can be one way or both way and can be customized. For example, we could replicated all blizzard post to a guild forums. - To easily support the system, we should be able to login as a user (simulate user) so we can configure our debug a Gateway DUPLICATE NICKNAME: As it's highly likely we have duplicate nickname on 2 forums. So we create a Gateway prefix. So people on Forum A will see all the username fro Forum B with a prefix. (Ex: TBW_nick) BOT PROTECTION: We need to be able to whitelist this service so it's not detected as a bot for the user creation and thread / post action... BACK-END DETAILS: - The system will automatically create a new user for each of the post / thread it need to create. - It will store user information and update them as needed. PROJECT MILESTONE: 1. Create account on the service. User management, administrator management. 2. Integrate Google Authentification, Twitter or Facebook Login. 3. Create a gateway. Include: -- Gateway details (Source, Destination) -- Gateway Nick Prefix -- Destination forums admin login / password -- Automatically detect forums technologies -- Create Test User on destination forums 4. Replication. Include: -- Read all new thread and post -- Create all required gateway prefix user on destination forums. -- Replicate all thread and post on destination forums. -- Save stats and report on the Gateway info page 5. Advance Replication. Include: -- Error management -- Moderation / edit replication -- Sticky, delete and other advanced thread management 6. Advance replication -- Exclusion rules -- Inclusion rules (Post only by regex, author, moderator, administrator, etc...) -- Replication of a post search result -- Automatically disable gateway on x errors 7. Automation -- Cron job -- Report and monitoring -- Self healing on error Technologies to support: VBulletin, XenForo and PhpBB. CONCLUSION: This project is insanely complex yet exciting for anyone involved in a forums management. I wish to reproduce the old Gateway features from FirstClass bbs system... I cannot afford paying you all the money for the project, it need to be either a pet project or something you wish to work on for your personal skill. Also: Should we develop this as a webscrapper tecnhnologie that simulate user or should we develop add-on / plugs-in for each of the forums technologies. HOW TO BID: Show a sample of web scrapping.
