Fonction on Prestashop cart -- 2

Hello,

We have a ecommerce website build by Prestashop 1.6 and we need to get one promotion for our cutumer in Cart Rules :

Buy 2 get 1 Free

We need to add automaticly the 3rd product in the cart when they add 2 same product.

We have buy Maxipromo plugin but its not working, they dont have this promo possibility.

Our budget is 50 USD
