322714 Mailing List Site - PHP

I am looking to build a website that will allow people to sign up for a mailing list. I need the front end design to look professional as well as the back end design to be done. FRONTEND The front end will have a space where users can fill out their information and sign up for a group. There should also be an e-mail confirmation when someone signs up to a "Real Estate" group. There will also be a space for text where the new users are told about the particular mailing group that they are joining. Calendar – The calendar will show the date/location/details of the event in an organized fashion at a visible place on the page while still having the sign up feature highly visible. ------ BACKEND There must be a feature on the back end where the administrator can edit the type of information that we need to collect from the user and that will determine what can be filled out by the user on the front end. The administrator can choose to make certain information “required” meaning that the user will not be able to sign up for the mailing list without filling out this information. (Ex: fields such as “Last Name, First Name, Company, Position, e-mail address, Phone #, ect.. would be able to get added and only the e-mail address and name are required fields.) Some of these fields may be a drop down menu and there needs to be a way to add a drop down menu. The backend must be able to create different front end pages to collect information from different “groups”. (ex: [login to view URL] for a “real estate” group. Or [login to view URL] for an “art” group.) This site will be able to sort data on each different “group” page on the back end by the different categories of data that we've collected. (Ex: If we were collecting data on people from the Real Estate Industry, we would be able to sort their data alphabetically by Company Name or Position in the company.) The backend also needs a location to create information about an event for a specific “group”. The event would be automatically posted on the frontend of that specific “group” page. I want to keep it open for now the possibility to modify colors of different "group" pages from the backend. On the backend, there should also be a way to edit text on the Front end of a particular page for example ("real estate") to tell the new user about that particular group. There must also be a way for the events to be e-mailed to a specific “group” through an auto-mailer or other method that will not go to people's junkbox. The mailings could be narrowed down to the group page for example (the "real estate" group, the "art" group, or a subset of the group from information we've collected. If a person filled out his occupation as "accountant", we should be able to e-mail to all "accountants" in the "real estate" group). When e-mails are sent, there should be an “unsubscribe” option where people can unsubscribe to the mailing list. When they are taken off the mailing list, I would like to have their information stored in a separate location that wouldn't allow for the list to automatically mail items to them but the administrator would still have access to their information. There also must be different levels of administrative access. For example, I may want administrator1 to only have access to the "art" group and administrator2 to have access only to the real estate group and administrator3 to have access to both the art and real estate group. The main administrator would assign access to the rest of the administrators. The main administrator must have a way to edit information or delete information on a particular person from the information collected and should be able to add people to a particular group as well. ------- Eventually I would like for this site to have the possibility to spin off into a social networking site so the programming would have to be done with that in mind to make it easy for the future. - If this is not cost effective, please put in a bid for one which doesn't have to be programmed in this manner but specify in the bid.
