Flash Pop Up Windows and text modifications-2

As you can see in [url removed, login to view], there are some broken links in Main page and some other places. We want to do 2 things. 1.- POPUP WINDOWS. Link, this broken links with popup windows. This windows should have text and pictures. (given by us). The popups should be everyone same size, same structure. Should have also vertical scroll so if there are more text down, we can scroll it. Windows should have the same color and style than WEB. 2.- ADMIN NEWS. In the section "NOTICIAS" in the white part, where right now it is the machine, should be divided in two parts. Left and right. Both the same. This is NEWS part. This part should be editable. That is, the user has to have an admin part, even in flash or php or html where can upload one or two pictures in each section and a text. This text should have the abailabilty to be formated (or no if is to much work). Bold text, colors, and not to much format. The user change this section lets say once a month. Should be easy and intuitive. Admin part should have a user and a password (can be .htaccess) Of course we have the FLA file for editing the actual WEB.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
