Adult Chat Site

This project involves the development of a website that has static jpegs, mpegs, interactive webchat and retail selling in a free preview and membership enviroment. A logo will also need to be developed, but is not an essential part of the project and may not necesarily be accepted if developed. I provide all content, have several domains registered and have hosting on [login to view URL] (check [login to view URL] for hosting requirements). Items to be sold and memberships will be sold via existing PayPal account. Site will have a standard Adult first page with ENTER and EXIT buttons. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4)Once in the site the customer will have several jpegs and mpegs to view for free and a link to the page of the peformer pictured in that jpeg which will have other information and images for that performer. There will be several different performers. There will also be a MEMBERS link. 5)On each performer's page there will be a option to join a live video chat if that performer is currently live and if not a link to that performers schedule. If the viewer is not a customer they will be sent to a JOIN NOW page. 6)In the MEMBER's section members will be able to select from various chat hosts ( available hosts will be clearly identified). 7)Chathost has their own page with several jpegs, an mpeg, a link to their retail items and a link to their chat room. 8) Chat will be for multiple viewers and there will be an option for prescheduled one-on-one chat. 9)A "cam-to-cam" function is ideal but not abosolutely necesary at this point and may be developed in the future. 10)The membership section will be able to track members and turn off their accounts at expiry or re-bill them (this will be an option when they sign up). 11)Will have statics for various chathost, how long they are viewed and by which users. 12)Facitily to help members who have forgotten their passwords. ## Platform Hosting is on [login to view URL], confirm requirements with them. Site should be developed with or manageable with Frontpage 2003 as I will need to update content. Chat needs to be in a stable format, I believe Flash is best, but am open to suggestions.
