Create an HTML Signature for email

We need someone to create an HTML signature block for our employees to use (one that we can modify once we receive the base file) in their Exchange email, on their iPhones and Android phones. We would like to use the attached black logo in our signature block and to have the signature block contain the following information: Name Chief Financial Officer phone number email address Logo Address line 1 Address line 2 (between ProBuild and The Great Dane) We would like the signature block to look "designed" rather that just laid out as above. It would be great if the data in the signature block can be clicked on to do something... for example if the reader clicks on the address, then it will open up google maps and point at our building location... if you hit the logo, it will take you to our website... clicking on the email address opens a new email... same for the phone number. We also want to make sure that the signature is readable if the reader is looking at it in text only mode... so, for example, instead of the logo, it will show the name "Midwestern Risk Advisors" instead of an X when the reader is in text only mode. Finally, we want to make sure that whatever fonts are used in the design, that they are "email safe", meaning that whatever fonts are used in the signature block, the fonts are standard fonts that the major email providers automatically preload (MS, Google, Apple, etc). One issue: The logo that is attached cannot be found anywhere online. I believe you need it to be in some publicly accessible area... I'm not sure how to do that so we will need you to do that. Please advise.
