Hi, we are a very small company (4 people) and have started using Microsoft Dynamic 365 integrated with just one account of Outlook 2016. Everything are already comfigurated and working but we would like to make small improvements from time to time as we have time and budget for it. For now we need: 1. Improve the integration of Outlook with Dynamics. Now we use Dynamics app for Outlook instead the full Dynamics for Outlook. We want to track all emails from one contact to an opportunity. Our custamers are individuals not companys. 2. Set the flow of the sales process
