Hi there, We have a Magento CE 2.1.7 site that needs a CSS change (using .less files). I've tried to read all forums and documentation out there but still can't work out how to make changes come into effect. I'm looking for someone to implement a background colour change to the footer of our site on the Staging environment and then document all the steps needed to reproduce that change on Production (which I will then do). This documentation also should explain how to create additional/extension CSS files that are not overwritten by Magento or Theme updates.
