Hi, Decided to add some more information on this one:
Requirements: A script that can be run with entering a custom "company name" and variations that will then perform the following tasks:
Search news websites for stories/articles with company name (abc news, sky news, bbc news, reuters etc.). and output to report.
Copy and paste a section from a daily email I receive,
Perform a google scrape for company name and keyword search (I have bought: [login to view URL] which may help).
Search Twitter tags and any other social media for references to "company name",
I will need to be able to modify the code as/when new search engines arise/sites arise.
Ideally all output to one file - I am aware there will be a lot of "junk" in the output but manual intervention is fine at this stage. Its the "leg work" I would like to remove.
Ideal timescale would be within 10 days. Potential for a lot of more work and bits and pieces in future.

The actual work shouldn't take that long. From what I gather from the description, it should be a fairly simple script that I should be able to have done same day after getting vpn access et al. Dave
