Hi, There are libraries in javascript which can be used to write text in to pdf. We can find the X and Y co-ordinate for the fields to be filled in pdf and we can take an empty pdf document, embedding both will produce the result. Please reply me Thanks Rajavel

I dont think javascript is a must in this situation.. Can I see the file and get some more details? Thank you
