colorization and cleanup of scanned images

Cleanup and colorization of scanned artwork in Photoshop. I have multiple projects/designs that are currently in Photoshop that need some work by a graphic art designer. These projects are going to be used for printing the designs on apparel, posters and coffee mugs. I need this fantasy design to be airbrushed in photoshop and colorized    I am in search of a talented Photoshop artist who loves and excels in fantasy art. I have uploaded a psd sample of one of my fantasy designs. Presently it has only one black outline color. I need an artist with a great imagination and the skill set to bring this masterpiece to life. The target is for the final design to be printed on a black or white garment. What you will be given: 1. You will be supplied with a full version psd at 1200dpi of the rgb image. 2. Access to the image in a dropbox account. 3. Black will be a part of the design. What will be required of you 1. One week to return the layered psd project completed. 2. All colors and gradients MUST BE on their own layers. 3. Keep the size and formatting the same 4. A high degree of creativeness and willing to push the boundaries of your capabilities. A color mock up with this sample smaller size will get you to the FINAL selection committee. The winner will have the opportunity to work on several of our other designs in our fantasy and wildlife line. This is a 3 day bid. Good luck!
