Redesign the website and enhance functionalities

This project is for a startup that is making a portal for the highways, by the highways for the people who like raw pursuits. The portal design with content and graphics is already there, however, it has to go through enhancements, functionality developments, customer journey development and re-touch of the graphic designs to make it more intuitive and interactive. The portal has been built upon a responsive design wordpress template from envato and all the theming has been done. The requirements for further development has been envisaged, and this needs to be taken over by a professional development team. Till now this was being built in-house but time-constraints and critical launch time requires the need for outsourcing. The team should have excellent skills on wordpress, angularJS, PHP and DB skills, plus excellent graphic design skills to convert the user stories/use case into a living solution.
