We are interested to work on this project, please find my comments inline with yours,
1) Write some Software
=>What software you need ? Which version of MS Excel you want ? MS Excel 2007 ,MS Excel 2010 or onward ?
2) Need to make one Excel Book/webpage to maintain business accounting.
=>Ok. Instead of Excel sheets , I will recommend making MS Access database. But if you plan to use Excel it self, no problem.
Also if you want it a web application or website, please let me know. We have another team that has ASP.net expertise and the can make desired webpages for this Accounting software.
I had seen attached excel file " Profit & Loss Book" and it has 3 sheets. First Sheet "Sheet3" has few account names, Sum of Amount, Sum of Profit. I guess this is calculated output. The second sheet is "Daily Profit & Loss" this sheet has fields like Date, Description, Customer, Deposited By, Amount, Rate, AED, Sold Rate, Sold in BDT, Profit
AED = Amount/Rate , Sold in BDT = AED X Sold Rate, Profit = Sold In BDT - Amount
I guess you will be inputting the fields like Date, Description, Customer Deposited By, Amount, Rate Sold Rate . We need to calculate AED, Sold in BDT, Profit. Please confirm. Do you need any more inputs to add to the sheet ? Do you need any more calculations done ?
The third sheet "Sheet2" has no data but fields are Date,
