Enhancements to existing web app: make AJAX call to load city destinations and display animating images

Please see formatted version of these requirements here: [login to view URL] **NOTE** Please review [Working in SBS App Repo]([login to view URL]) ### Nearby Destinations The changes should be made for SPA only ([login to view URL]) , however website version should not be broken. Nearby destinations should be populated based on the value of `From` textbox. To obtain nearby destinations make `/placesnearby/<lat>/<lon>` AJAX call Populate the section above `View my trip` button. For mobile layout show 6 items in 2 rows.  For tablet and desktop layout show 10 items in 2 rows.  ### Item display rules 1. Items should be centered and resized to will available width, up to 200px (cannot be wider than 200px) 2. Items should be 16x9 dimension 3. Images are not always available for a given city, if images are not available background color should be #73C5E1 4. Items should be overlayed on the bottom with a strip (full width, half height). Background color of the strip should be rgba(51,51,51,0.5) 5. If image is available to should slowly move from top to bottom within the boundaries of the item. Image dimensions are 200px by 200px, so it can move within 16x9 box.  ### Loading images Images should be referenced from [login to view URL]<image_id>.jpg, for example [login to view URL] ### Clicking on items When item is clicked, `To` textbox should be populated with the name of the location, so that clicking on `View my trip` button navigates to this destination If interested, please respond to these 3 questions: 1.
