Taking info from various websites and putting into Excel

I want a script that will go through an excel spreadsheet that lists various stock symbols, and then go to 3 different websites, collect information on those symbols, make some calculations, and present it to me once again in an excel spreadsheet.

There will probably be about 20 or more relatively simple calculations to be made.
