We would like to commission a 3D motion graphics work for our homepage main page, similar to the attached image. We would also like to include design work in the project. The basic concept is as follows: - A black rabbit runs in place on the left side. - A flag flutters on the right side. - A golden carrot on a string hangs from the flag and moves back and forth. If you are able to complete this project, could you please provide details on how you plan to implement it, as well as an estimated timeline and cost?
