I have fifteen disassembled original first generation "cigalike" e-cigarettes waiting for fresh new cells. The spent batteries still have to come out; I’ll supply the brand-new replacements along with step-by-step instructions I’ve written from my own repair notes. Once each cell is tinned and soldered, the board and wiring need to slide back into the original metal tubes that I will ship with the lot. After reassembly I need every unit verified for both firing (making sure the LED end eliminates, and it produces vapor,) and charging. I’m building a small interactive sound board driven by an Arduino and the MPR121 capacitive-touch controller. Between five and eight copper-tape pads will act as the touch points; the moment any pad is tapped it should fire a single, corresponding MP3 track through a DFPlayer Mini, then stop—no looping, no timed fades.
