Hi guys Right now I need to install a cluster setup of vicidial, which will have 3 servers 1 DB+web 1 archive (which running on windows, I already set it up) 1 telephony (Planning to add more telephony but not at this time) I'm having problem installing these servers. As they do connect, but the hopper is always empty and there is always a lady voice saying "the extion is invalid, please try again" when the agents log in. So, I will need someone to teach me to install them or help me to install them correctly. I'm willing to pay $30-$50 for this as I will be in place of doing everything to make sure I know every aspect of it.
