I need a simple app, no graphical interface, running only in the background. Every 5 minutes it collects some info from the mobile phone like: GPS info (lat/lon), 5 first numbers from the IMSI, IMEI number (if possible), what operator is he connected (Vodafone, Orange), which type of network (2G, 3G,4G), Cell Id of the network (it is a number which identifies the cell of 2G/3G/4G where the UE is connected), Wifi list (if possible). This info is stored in a CSV, XML file every 5 minutes. When the user connects to a WiFi this file is sent to a server (FTP, mySQL) and the file is emptied and the process of collecting data starts all over again.
