Want to build a specialized CRM system for a motor car dealership. The dealership will use it for customer communications and to personalise customers experience. It will collect/record sales data as well as customer information and serve as a repository of data for salesman to use to be able to upsell to customers, be notified about personal milestones and celebrations as well as track communications and provide notifications.
