Top Quality Logo Design for a Tutoring Center

I need a High Quality and flat (maybe semi flat) logo design for my client website. The photo of top of her website is attached. You can use any color you think it will match the site best.

The logo needs to have a few characteristics:

1) There needs to be a hawk, flying upwards, holding a graduation scroll in his claws.
2) I have attached a few images of hawks that we like as well as a scroll we like.
3) I need a long design (7 x 1 ratio) with the words "Academic Learning Labs" spelled, and with a subtitle "1 on 1 We Cover it All"
4) I also need a square design (1 x 1 ratio) version of the logo that spells out "ALL" and includes the hawk holding the scroll in its claws.
5) I will need output files with appropriate layers in both Photoshop and Illustrator when the project is done! I may change the design after the project is closed or colors or text, so I need a well layered design.
6) THE HAWK SHOULD NOT BE IDENTICAL TO THE IMAGES PROVIDED. I am only providing these images as inspiration. Your hawk and scroll MUST BE UNIQUE.
