Hello my creative minds - I need your skills!

I need a HIGH QUALITY COMPANY LOGO for my current project. The basic idea already exists, now I need your skill and creativity to create the perfect logo.

IMPORTANT:
I attach great importance to quality and implementation of the designs, so work clean. Furthermore, I will need more graphics and designs for this project, which of course I also happy to submit to you after successful completion.

DESIGN:
1. The sample pictures show you variations of the basic idea for this design - the result, but should be designed much better AND own graphics must be used.
2. We are a modern crypto company and need a corresponding design - your creativity is in demand
3. As the main color is a noble gold thought - but I'm just as open to everything, as long as it looks awesome
4. The logo should stand out and be simple at the same time
5. The name to be placed on the logo is: "HAPPY INVESTMENT" -> that's the reason why I want a happy smiley in the center.
