Konkurransesammendrag

We are doing a scratch ticket. I attached a simple design but need help making this look much better. Please use In Design or PhotoShop to design. The scratch ticket is 3x5 with a .25 bleed (3.25 x 5.25) and is two sided. Front will have info about he scratch ticket. Scratch and Win.. Scratch for a chance to win, etc. The scratch part is 2 x 1 and will be on the front. Prizes are a $500 Gift Card or Home Improvement Savings. The back will serve as an appointment reminder. It should have company logo and a space to write in appt date and time. It should also have the following disclaimer: Prize must be claimed the same day of consultation or visit. Prize valid toward CCHI projects only. Not valid with any other offers, not valid toward previous purchases. Minimum purchase required. Call for details. (I have attached a couple of scratch and win cards from other places that I liked to give an idea of what we are looking for)
