Redesign the logo and business card design

We have a current logo that we bought under licence. We like the logo but we would like to a design that we own outright including all the design files. We would like a logo that is very close to what we currently have. That being said, as the logo is being redesigned, we would need a new business card as well. I will send all the current design files to selected designer. Attached is the current business card file for reference.

Update. We are a Custom home building company. Cajav Construction Ltd. Operating as Cajav Development. Our main company is Cajav Group which has multiple businesses underneath it. All related to construction. The best designer will also be given the chance to build all our websites. Attached is the current business card so you can get the logo design that we are using.

    Zainuddin, Thank you for your feedback. You are right, we have to look at the design on a business card background which is usually black or white. I will keep this in mind.

    "We would like a logo that is very close to what we currently have." This sentence is from your description.But i have seen you like totally different concept from your current logo. Do you want Totally Re-Design of your logo ? Or modification of current logo ?

    One thing we do want is to stay close to our current colours, blue, with black/grey or white background. Our Company name, logo's and company slogans will be on big 8feet x 10" feet banner's all around the projects. At the very least 20 to 30 banner's per project. So we need to make sure we make it pleasant to the eyes at that sizes.
