I would like to redesign an Announcement List which is a part of an mobile web App.
I have attached the original design below.
The users get bored with the old design which I wish to redesign it to a better look.
You may upload a screenshot for displaying your work.
After I award your project, you may submit your final work in HTML+CSS (or Javascript) format.
This is an mobile web page which is mainly targeted to be displayed in smart phones.
This page will not be used on Desktop Computers.
It has to be fit on small screen size on smart phones.
The final work has to be compatible on both Android WebView and iOS (iPhone/iPad) WebView.

Below are the components that must have in the design:
1. Date
2. Announcement Title
3. An icon for indicating that is a "New/Unread" announcement. Shown as a red "New" sign in old design (the attached screenshot). This icon or indication may remain or be replaced by something else that convey the same message.
4. An icon for indicating that announcement is highlighted/important. Shown as a "Yellow Star" in old design (the attached screenshot). This icon or indication may remain or be replaced by something else that convey the same message.
5. A button or link or something else for the users to tap/click on for navigating to another page for reading the announcement details/content. Shown as a blue button "Read More" in old design (the attached screenshot). This icon or button or the text label "Read More" may remain or be replaced by something else that performs the same function. Prefer using the html element of "<a>" tag.

There is no limit on how the design should be. It is up to your creativity.
