Need Frontend Designer FULLTIME - HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Bootsrap4

I am searching to hire 1-3 full or half time front end designer/developer.

Requirements:
- At least to be able 4 hours per day time to work on our pages: www.evintra.com
- Skills: UX-design, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Bootsrap4, PHP etc.

Please also let me know costs for full or half time per month to hire you.
