Looking for someone who is specialized in making flyers. (be sure to use the document attached before creating the flyer)

We teach after-school spanish classes at many schools in United States and we are needing new flyers for our program. They will be printed in color at our office in the next week or two and then mailed to the schools for distribution.

We want to have a wonderful eye catching/action taking flyer that will go to 5-10 year old kids and then to their parents. We want to be careful not using too much ink but at the same time it has to look great and presentable to kids and parents.

There needs to be just one call to action. There is a document attached with all the requirements and option of what we specifically want on the flyer and let your expertise finish the rest. Let the best one WIN!
