I have an amazing rendering that someone created for me and I would like for you to add the finishing touches to it in photoshop. See attached 4k rendering.

The home is going to be built in Fort Lauderdale, FL at the following address. The home that is there now will be knocked down: https://goo.gl/maps/52gNTr5BhYD2

The main items I want you to add:
- LANDSCAPING - research Fort Lauderdale, FL landscaping and add plants that we have down here, lots of palm trees and a few small shade trees as well. we need some color and depth to the landscaping please
- PEOPLE - add a person on the balcony. the front door is 8' tall so you can use that for scale purposes
- CAR IN DRIVEWAY - add nice car with correct perspective in the driveway on the right side
- add a nice modern LIGHT FIXTURE hanging or flush mounted in the entry way
- view the google maps link above to add any SITE-SPECIFIC ELEMENTS that you think would help make the rendering look better and more realistic
- FENCE - there should be a 6' tall fence at the left side of property that is setback 1' from the wall edge, see attached diagram
- ...and anything else you think that would help to make this a stunning rendering! lighting effects, sun, birds, etc etc whatever you think would look amazing. I want this to be in magazines and billboards.

The image is rendered at 4k resolution and we need it to stay that high so we can print at large scale.

Final deliverable:
- flattended 4k JPG
- original photoshop file with all layers

NO MORE CAR. IT LOOKS AWFUL IN ALL RENDERINGS SO JUST REMOVE IT. AND IN GENERAL THESE RESULTS ARE NOT GOOD.
