I am looking to get a passive income website created. I have already purchased the domain for the website and will have my own web hosting. It will be earnedtopassive.com. The website will teach about the different types of income (earned, passive, residual & portfolio). This website will be self managed, so it will need an infrastructure that makes it easy for me to go in the backend and add images, Post articles, audio files and video, as well as put things in the online store.

I would like this website to be a membership site where guest do not have access to all of the content that registered members have. I would also like it to have a paid subscription feature for the highest level members. Guest, registered members, paid members and those who are contributors to the site should all have different user levels. Content will also be viewable at different user levels.

The menu structure for this website will be as follows:

- Home
- Learning Center (Submenus: Articles, Audio, Video, Helpful Website Links)
- Calendar of events
- Online Store (Mostly selling digital products, some tangible)
- About us
- Contact us

The homepage for the site should have a “Join our mailing list” link (for guests only, not members)“Host a workshop at your business, organization or church” link, “Understanding the four types of income” link and a “stock of the Day” link or section.

This site needs to be designed by somebody who understands the proper use of categories for content as well as knows how to set up the SEO for the site. Please be prepared to show other sites that you have created.

Also, graphics used need to be licensed so that we don't run into legal troubles down the road. At this stage I am just looking for quotes and evaluating potential developers/designers.

All suggestions and suggested modifications are welcome.
