New York Kitesurfing community needs a COOL logo

We need a logo design for our community of kitesurfers based in NYC. Our group is a community of passionate and adventure driven kiters who share a love of all things kitesurfing. We love the water, we love the waves, we love travel, and we love to kite the best spots in the world! We are based in NYC but literally travel everywhere and organize for our community the best luxury kite experiences in the world from Aruba to Mauritius, from Hawaii to Cape town, from Vietnam to Morocco we proud ourself to design life-enhancing experiences that keep your happy memory-bank full while you are sitting at your day-job in the city. We would like to have a logo that we can use on our social media sites, printing on gift t-shirts and maybe business cards.

As I am thinking about the logo there are some elements I could envision (not all elements need to be included...so this just for stimulation):

- the Shaka sign (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shaka_sign) since it is a way that kitesurfers say hi when on the water

- Kitesurfers

- Pink sunglasses (see picture below) since a lot of our members wear it, so maybe we could include these in the logo.

- to evidence that the group started in NYC the New york city skyline or a landmark like the Empire State building . But, if not too complicated, also to be clear that our members are worldwide and we travel worldwide

The name of our community is IkiteNY (new website is www.ikiteny.com), our Instagram hashtag is #IKiteNY. we would like to have in the logo the following wording: #IKiteNY - Worldwide kite experiences. Some of the logo should be PINK since some of our most active members have kite equipment (kite, boards) that are Pink
