     hi Sana. Garage should be about 36 feet wide to fit 4 cars side by side. Right now we're thinking a flat roof.

  Hello!
  I've started working on your project! Also, I have various ideas about designing your exterior, but i should ask some questions to improve the result.
  1) What should be height of basement(foundation)? Should I add decisions to correct height difference (pool site and way to it)
  2) Do you want simple-styled interior design (2nd floor parapet over grand room, design of
  staircase, rooms, etc) with focus on exterior? Or should I make interior design for you to work with layouts more precisely (it won't be problem for me, just need more efforts) If so, do you prefer parapet or railing style?
  3) Ideas of exterior should include terrain design? (Greenwall, fences, footpaths, etc.)

     Hi Eduard. Thanks for your interest in the project.
     1. I'm not sure what you mean by correct height difference but feel free to make any corrections you think necessary
     2. Perhaps spend more time on the exterior. To keep everyone on a level playing field this is what we would be assessing.
     3. We haven't put too much thought as yet into landscaping. All we know for now is that a pool will be situated outside the great room and that we desire some additional green space. However you can add any outdoor features you think would enhance your building design.

     Hi Elvys. I've added 3 more images to the contest description. One of them is of the situation of the structure on the compound. It is not a regular shaped property so I am not sure how to answer your question. I hope the image helps.

     the second floor surface is enclosed within the red dotted line. The great room and the foyer have 20ft high ceilings

     hi Slah,
     The entrance for the cars are at the top of the property. 4 cars should be able to fit side by side. There will be two-double garage doors placed next to each other.

  Hi everyone. I updated the contest description. But fyi the goal of the contest is to provide the contractor with a picture of the finished product. Let's stick to the basic layout in the attachment with only minor changes (e.g. moving staircase, changing the sizes of the bedrooms etc).

     hi Moh. Thanks for your interest. I'll update the contest description now to reduce ambiguity. I thought I'd be open to other floor plan suggestions but it may make it difficult to assess the winner. As such the contest is really about designing an exterior appearance to go with the attached layout.

     Hi Orhan. We're mainly interested in the exterior/facade as we've played around with a couple layouts and this one seems to work. However, the contest also asks for alternative suggestions on the layout since we're sure there are other options we have not considered. Given that we also value outdoor space we would like to limit the building footprint to 2400 sf (inclusive of garage).
