Material Icon for app: audio guide + map

I need a main icon for my new app, it must follow the material 2.0 guidelines.

I'm creating an audio guide app: the app will contain audio guides and maps with gps for several historical cities (Bruges, Amsterdam, Venice...) and historical points of interest like Stonehenge, Pompei, Petra.
The user will
download the app,
see the list of cities and places for which we provide a guide
download a guide for the place where he is at the moment
walk around the city, he'll be able to find the poi with our map (but we don't do navigation) and when in front of the poi, which might be a palace, an old bridge, a statue, a ruin, he will start listening to the audio guide, or read the text guide.

The main color should be #007BC3.
Please provide the icon declinations on black, white and grey colors background as well
Keep it simple, no illustrations, use few details, no words or letters inside the icon.
Find inspiration with the top downloaded apps in the store.

Material: follow the material 2.0 guidelines as much as possible. (https://material.io/)

Original content only, don't use stock vector images or logos even if partially.

The final file to be transferred during the handover will need to be in the Adobe Illustrator format. No photoshop or other raster formats.

If you need more details message me, i'll add it into the project description.

Extra points if you design the iOS variant as well

    Just a note, the fact that the main colour should be blue, doesn't necessarily mean that all the icon should be blue.
    Adherence to the material design guidelines is a must, have a look at the icons in your smartphone, if your entry doesn't have a similar style, it's probably not what I'm looking for

    None of the submissions so far are following the material UI guidelines. Please go read the *last* material, especially in terms of color, background, shapes, shadows, edges, lighting and so on

    Feel free to add a variant with different colors to your proposal if you think it will give a better result: you can create variants where the blue is limited to a detail, replaced with a similar blue, or replaced completely with different material colors.
    But submit a #007BC3 blue version as well.

      Yes it's a collection of audio guides on the android and ios app store.
      the app logo will be derived from the icon, and so the logotype, but the submission should focus on the icon itself.

      The app is probably going to be called travel.audio.guide or something like that.
      But the icon itself shouldn't contain words or letters.
