“Freelancer refused to give me the source file after I awarded him the contest. I had to dispute the handover and he finally delivered the source file after 5 weeks of going back and forth. I wasted valuable time dealing with it and my client was highly upset since I could not deliver the project on time. Very unprofessional freelancer. All he had to do was to provide the source file of the design and project would have completed without issues. It is mandatory on Freelancer for freelancers to deliver the source file that they used to make designs but this guy could not understand that. ”
