Konkurransesammendrag

HELPS (Healthy Exercise and Lifestyle ProgramS) is a community-based chronic disease prevention/maintenance program and exercise gym that targets older individuals and provides clinical-based exercise guidance for participants.
Our programs not only focus on exercise, but also create awareness for healthy living through nutrition counseling and healthy behavior change education. HELPS provides social support, and that welcoming, “fellowship” atmosphere is a hallmark component of this program.
The type of logo should be simple and sleek and modern in design, easy to read and incorporate:
"HELPS" acronym or the written name, "Healthy Exercise and Lifestyle ProgramS"
**AND**
Either "WFU" or "Wake Forest University".
It should be gold, black and white in color (does not have to incorporate all 3, but that is the desired color scheme)
