I Need a Professional Clean Logo for my business Advancement Capital

It could be any color but my colors of preference are Red but any color could get accepted.
We need creativity and inspiration. We will be hiring right after for more work depending on the quality of the logo.

I need a logo to represent my brand.
We are a Financial Consulting company.
We want a similar Icon to our other company "Advancement Plus Financial" which will be in the uploaded files. but in the format of how Credit Suite has their logo. Instead of the Icon on the top, better on the left side.
