3D Interior Design Brief for Shared Work/ Creative Space

We are both teachers with 8 year old twins, we want to create a working shared space in this room to do our work for school but share the space with our 8 year olds that love, love lego and their toys, crafting etc so we need room for them too! It is a big room really, we do have a TV but they do not watch it very much at all as they are so busy! I also craft for my little ETSY store as well so I want some space and storage for that too. It is a lovely space, almost too big we just do not know how to configure it and furnish it properly. We are looking for a design that pretty much uses IKEA furniture as we are on a pretty small budget but can also source from other vendors if suggested.

So the brief is the following
Welcoming shared space that we can all work in together
Space for storage ETSY, lego, toys etc
Space for creating together, building
Space for relaxing
Space for displaying creative pieces, ie lego models
Thought about best way to store lego too?
Space for working, marking all the term papers etc
Using IKEA furniture products or equivalent something contemporary but inexpensive

We are looking for 3d drawings, with the IKEA furniture or equivalent included in proof of concept, we are not good at putting things together, we can use the whole floor space and walls as well where you think.

The bed that is pictured can be removed just there at the moment as well as the rest of the bits of pieces but of course if you can use some of the pieces all well and good especially the Ikea cubes. We just purchased them but if they do not fit into the design then that is ok too we will work with it! We have a boy and a girl but we want the space to grow with them into there tweens if we can. We have some lovely prints that we have framed of the kids work so we could add these into the mix somewhere too! we are looking forward to partnering with some beautiful creative soul to design a creative space for us!

* I have taken photos of the space and also a floor design with measurements for assistance with design

    can you tell me please the measurement was given in PDF in yellow mark that is in what??

      millimeter is on the floor plans so the walls are around 4 or 5 metres depending on the wall

    Yes please give me the dimensions of them .if you can't find them on IKEA website you can easily measure them using a meter if you have one or a ruler

    You mentioned in the description that you would like a space for relaxation? What do you mean by that? A lazy bag for reading a book while relaxing, or maybe a couch/seating area where you could also lay down?

      Well an area to sit and watch the tv, could be a small 2 seater couch or seats, bean bags not sure but would be nice to have somewhere for the children to watch tv and to read and relax
